To popularize the business and function of TAFEA Binhai Service Window, advance the jobs of intellectual resources introduction and administration of foreign experts in TEDA and serve the enterprises better, TEDA Labor and Personnel Bureau held an introduction conference for business and function of TAFEA Binhai Service Window on Jun. 30th.

 Zhou Yan, deputy director general of TEDA Labor and Personnel Bureau, was invited to join in the conference and foreign affairs governors from 40 key-industrial-program enterprises of Tianjin and about 100 key overseas-funded enterprises also joined in the conference. At the conference, relevant regulations on TEDA intellectual resources introduction were introduced to the enterprise delegates and business and function of Binhai Service Window were also popularized. Many inquiries about the working permit for foreign experts to work in China and transit process for the Foreign Expert Certificate were replied.
