In order to attract more overseas talents to Tianjin, expand invitation opportunities of foreign Culture & Education Experts and Foreign Teachers and to provide the communication opportunities between local educational organizations of Tianjin and foreign experts, Tianjin Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs will establish special recruitment area for foreign Culture & Education Experts and Foreign Teachers in 2008 China Tianjin Talents and Brainpowers Introduction Negotiation Conference on the 18th of April. And then, there will be over 100 local educational organizations present in the conference to communicate with foreign teaching experts face to face.
